  • Prepayment:  Yield Maintenance, Defeasance and Graduated Prepayment Premium options available.

  • Interest Rates:  Fixed and variable rates are available.

  • Third Party Reports:  Appraisal, Phase 1 and Physical Needs Assessment are required.

  • Escrows:  Replacement reserve, taxes and insurance.
